This collection includes a number of faculty members and postgraduate graduates at the top universities in the country, which started its research work in 2009 on image processing, neural networks and electronic systems design. In 2012, this collection decided to set up the Roshan Tolou Shargh Company (a special joint stock company). The products of this company are registered with the brand of TCOM with a slogan beyond a dream. Due to the academic, scientific, research and management background of the board members, the company was supported by the Center for Research and Technology of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.

This company has achieved the technological knowledge-based rank (the highest level of knowledge-based enterprise) for producing a level one technology product. Additionally, this company holds the AFTA certification from the Information Technology Organization of Iran.
